TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Revlon x The Piercery “Pierced with Glimmer” Activation Campaign taking place on 18 and 19 April 2026 at selected The Piercery stores in South Africa.

By participating in the promotion and/or redeeming the voucher, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Revlon x The Piercery activation allows customers who purchase a qualifying Revlon Glimmer product to receive:

• A R100 The Piercery voucher
• Access to one of the Pierced with Glimmer activation events

The promotion aims to celebrate self-expression through beauty and style by combining Revlon Cosmetics and The Piercery’s professional piercing services.

2. ACTIVATION DATES AND LOCATIONS

The activation will take place on the following dates and locations:

All activation-day services are subject to store capacity, operational constraints and the discretion of The Piercery store management. Revlon is not responsible for store opening times, queue management, or operational decisions.

Final walk-in cut-off times are determined by the manager of each The Piercery’s stores and may vary depending on store capacity and safety considerations. Right of Admission is Reserved.

3. VOUCHER TERMS

Customers who qualify for the promotion will receive a R100 The Piercery voucher, subject to the following conditions:

• The voucher is valid only on 18 and 19 April 2026 during the activation weekend.
• The voucher is valid only at the following The Piercery locations:
  Parkhurst, Johannesburg
  Forest Walk, Pretoria
  Kloof Street, Cape Town
• The voucher is valid for one person only.
• The voucher may not be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash.
• The voucher may only be used towards piercing services or jewellery purchased at The Piercery.
• The voucher must be presented at the time of payment.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
• Only one voucher may be redeemed per person during the activation weekend.
• Vouchers are issued while promotional stock lasts. Revlon may limit the number of vouchers issued per day or per store.
• Revlon reserves the right to verify purchase receipts and reject illegible, altered, or fraudulent entries.

4. ENTRY MECHANIC

To participate in the activation:

• Customers must purchase one qualifying Revlon Glimmer product before 16 April 2026. A qualifying Revlon Glimmer product refers exclusively to products within the Revlon Glimmer range as designated by Revlon South Africa. Revlon reserves the right to amend the list of qualifying products without prior notice.
• Customers must register via the official WhatsApp registration link or QR code provided. Revlon is not responsible for technical issues related to WhatsApp, network providers, mobile devices, or connectivity challenges that may affect registration.
• Upon successful registration, participants will receive their unique digital voucher or confirmation code.
• The voucher or code must be presented in-store during the activation weekend.
• Participation is subject to store capacity and availability.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR PIERCINGS

The Piercery offers piercing services strictly according to age and piercing type.

Earlobes

• Lobes – 5 years and older
• Other lobes – 13 years and older

Ear Cartilage

• Helix – 15 years and older
• Conch – 16 years and older
• Daith – 16 years and older
• Forward Helix – 16 years and older
• Flat Helix – 16 years and older
• Tragus – 16 years and older
• Rook – 16 years and older
• Industrial – 18 years and older

Facial & Body Piercings

• Nose & Septum – 16 years and older
• Belly – 16 years and older
• Dermal – 18 years and older
• Surface Bars – 18 years and older
• Facial piercings (excluding nose & septum) – 18 years and older
• Oral piercings – 18 years and older

Intimate Piercings

• Nipples – 18 years and older
• Female genital piercings – 18 years and older

Final approval for all piercings rests with the on-duty professional piercer.

Revlon is not involved in determining age eligibility or suitability for any piercing and assumes no responsibility for verification of guardian presence or consent.

6. GUARDIAN, ID & CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

For clients under the age of 18, the following requirements apply:

• A parent or legal guardian must be physically present in-store
• Consent cannot be provided by siblings, extended family members, partners, or friends
• Original physical identification documents are required
• Screenshots, copies, or photographs of IDs are not accepted
• Valid ID must be provided for:
  The parent or legal guardian
  The minor client (if available)
• A consent form must be completed and signed in-store before the piercing service can proceed.

Without a valid ID, guardian presence, and signed consent, piercing services cannot be provided.

7. PIERCING PRICING STRUCTURE

The Piercery pricing consists of: Piercing Service Fee + Jewellery Cost = Total Price

8. PIERCING METHODS & JEWELLERY POLICY

• All piercings are performed using single-use sterile needles.
• The Piercery does not use piercing guns.
• Only jewellery supplied by The Piercery may be used for piercing services.
• Outside jewellery will not be accepted or used under any circumstances.

This policy ensures:

• Higher hygiene standards
• Lower infection risk
• Improved healing outcomes

Pain‑Free Piercings

Pain‑free piercing sessions are offered with a certified medical doctor on‑site, who numbs the area prior to piercing, to reduce pain.

Doctor On‑Site Times:

• Johannesburg & Pretoria: 09:00 – 13:00
• Cape Town: 10:00 – 14:00

Areas not numbed:

• Brows
• Noses
• Lips
• Tongues
• Most facial areas
• Belly

Age limits apply.

Participants acknowledge that Revlon does not perform, supervise, endorse, or assume responsibility for any piercing procedure, medical treatment, or outcome. Participants indemnify Revlon against any claims arising from piercing services performed by The Piercery.

9. PIERCING LIMITS

For safety and healing purposes:

• A maximum of three piercings per person per session is allowed.
• The piercer reserves the right to refuse or limit services based on:
  Client anatomy
  Healing suitability
  Safety considerations
  Studio capacity

10. AFTERCARE & HEALING

All clients will receive guidance on proper aftercare.

Healing times vary depending on:

• Piercing type
• Individual healing response
• Proper aftercare

Professional aftercare products are available for purchase in-store.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in infection, irritation, or prolonged healing.

11. MEDICAL & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

All piercing services are performed by trained professional piercers at The Piercery. By proceeding with a piercing service, clients acknowledge that:

• Piercing is a personal body modification procedure
• There are inherent risks including infection, swelling, or allergic reactions
• Revlon South Africa is not responsible for any medical outcomes, complications, or reactions related to piercing services performed by The Piercery.

12. LIABILITY

Revlon South Africa acts solely as the promotional partner for this activation and is not the provider of any piercing services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revlon disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, damage, medical complication, or dissatisfaction arising from services rendered by The Piercery.

All piercing services are provided exclusively by The Piercery.

Revlon South Africa will not be held liable for:

• Piercing services
• Medical complications
• Aftercare outcomes
• Store operational decisions

All piercing procedures and related services fall under the professional responsibility of The Piercery.

13. RIGHT OF ADMISSION

The Piercery reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• Limit the number of piercings performed
• Adjust operating procedures

This may occur due to:

• Capacity limitations
• Health and safety considerations
• Client suitability for piercing

Revlon has no role in admission decisions and cannot compel The Piercery to perform services for any participant.

14. PROMOTION LIMITATIONS

This promotional offer is conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Revlon reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion in compliance with applicable law.

The organisers reserve the right to:

• Modify the promotion if necessary
• Cancel or postpone the activation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
• Limit participation where fraud or misuse is suspected

15. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Participants’ personal information collected through registration will only be used for:

• Activation entry verification
• Voucher validation
• Promotion administration

Participants agree to such collection of personal information. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and personal information will not be used for marketing unless the participant provides explicit opt-in consent. Revlon will not share personal information with The Piercery except as required for voucher validation.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, branding and promotional materials associated with this activation remain the property of Revlon or The Piercery (as applicable) and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

17. GENERAL

By participating in this promotion, participants confirm that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to comply with all store rules and safety procedures
• Accept that all piercing services are subject to The Piercery’s professional discretion.

This Addendum forms part of, and must be read together with, the Terms & Conditions for the Revlon x The Piercery “Pierced with Glimmer” Activation (the “Original Terms”), applicable to the activation taking place on 18 and 19 April 2026.

Except as expressly set out below, all provisions of the Original Terms remain unchanged and in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency between this Addendum and the Original Terms, the provisions of this Addendum shall apply only to the extent of such inconsistency.

INTRODUCTION OF TIERED ACCESS MODEL

Revlon South Africa hereby introduces a tiered access participation structure for the activation, designed to recognise early qualifying participants while allowing limited additional attendance, subject at all times to store capacity, operational constraints, and The Piercery’s professional discretion.

Participation categories are defined below:

TIER 1: VIP ACCESS – PURCHASE-QUALIFIED PARTICIPANTS

Eligibility

Participants who, prior to 16 April 2026, have:

• purchased a qualifying Revlon Glimmer product; and
• successfully completed registration in accordance with Clause 4 of the Original Terms; and
• received a valid R100 The Piercery voucher,

shall be designated as VIP Access Participants.

VIP Benefits

VIP Access Participants are entitled to the following, during the activation weekend only:

• One (1) R100 The Piercery voucher, subject to the voucher terms set out in Clause 3 of the Original Terms; and
• Access to a priority queue or priority entry window, where operationally feasible, between 10:00 and 12:00 on activation days; and
• One (1) complimentary The Piercery aftercare kit.

The VIP Access benefits are expressly intended to recognise and reward purchase-qualified participation and do not form part of General Access participation.

Limitations

• Priority access does not guarantee immediate service.
• All piercing services remain subject to studio capacity, piercer discretion, health and safety considerations, and applicable age and consent requirements.
• VIP access does not override The Piercery’s right of admission or refusal of service in terms of Clauses 2 and 13 of the Original Terms.

TIER 2: LIMITED GENERAL ACCESS – NON-PURCHASE PARTICIPANTS

Limited Access Release

Revlon may, at its discretion, release a limited number of General Access registrations on 16 and 17 April 2026, subject to availability and capacity constraints.

Eligibility and Registration

General Access Participants:

• Are not required to purchase a Revlon product;
• Must register via the designated registration mechanism during the limited access release period; and
• Will receive one (1) R100 The Piercery voucher, subject to the terms below.

General Access Conditions

General Access Participants expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• General Access does not constitute purchase-qualified participation;
• No priority queueing, priority entry, or complimentary aftercare products apply;
• Access is granted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to store capacity and operational limitations;
• Receipt of a voucher or registration confirmation does not guarantee access to a piercing service.

VOUCHER APPLICATION TIERS

• All vouchers remain subject to Clause 3 of the Original Terms, including validity dates, redemption locations, and usage restrictions.
• Only one (1) voucher may be redeemed per person during the activation weekend, regardless of participation tier.
• Vouchers may be redeemed solely towards piercing services or jewellery purchased at The Piercery and may not be exchanged for cash.

CAPACITY, ADMISSION & SERVICE DISCLAIMERS

All participants, regardless of tier, acknowledge that:

• Piercing services are subject to availability, capacity, and professional assessment on the day;
• The Piercery reserves the right to limit the number of piercings performed or to refuse service in accordance with Clauses 2, 9, and 13 of the Original Terms;
• Revlon does not guarantee attendance, service delivery, or piercing outcomes.

NO WAIVER OF ORIGINAL TERMS

This Addendum does not:

• Amend age restrictions, consent requirements, pricing structures, or piercing policies set out in the Original Terms;
• Make Revlon responsible for any piercing services, medical procedures, or professional determinations performed by The Piercery.

All disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability contained in the Original Terms continue to apply in full.

ACCEPTANCE

Participation in the activation, under either VIP Access or General Access, constitutes acceptance of:

• The Original Terms; and
• This Addendum.
